NIC Academy is fast-growing online learning business serving professionals in the senior housing and care industry. Our programs focus on practical, real-world education for operators, investors, lenders, developers, and other professionals working in this sector.
After launching our first certificate programs (focused on valuation and underwriting properties) and validating early demand, NIC Academy is entering its next phase of growth. We are moving from a proof-of-concept phase to scaled growth, and we are building the systems, programs, and learning experiences that will support that expansion.
We’re seeking a Business Development Associate who will own the entire learner journey, from enrollment to program completion. This person will represent the Academy at industry events, respond to inbound leads, nurture prospective learners to enrollment, and manage Salesforce. Ideal backgrounds: enrollment or admissions for online certificate programs, professional education sales, or senior housing / CRE finance with a pull toward education. A rare chance to combine sales craft, finance fluency, and mission.
